摘 要:文章从信息性社会影响和规范性社会影响视角,构建综合性问答网站用户信息采纳意愿的影响因素研究模型,并通过问卷调查和结构方程建模方法进行实证分析。结果表明:信息可信度和信息有用性对用户信息采纳意愿具有直接显著的正向影响,且信息可信度的作用更强。从信息性社会影响视角,发现信息质量和信源可信度是影响用户感知信息可信度和信息有用性的关键因素;从规范性社会影响视角,发现信息一致性对信息可信度产生显著的正向影响,信息评级正向显著影响信息有用性,而对信息可信度的影响不显著。This paper first develops a research model of influence factors on comprehensive QA sites users information adoption from the perspectives of informational and normative social influences. Then,an empirically analysis with questionnaire investigation and structural equation modelling was conducted. Results indicated that information credibility had a greater impact on users information adoption than information usefulness. From the perspective of informational social influences,it was found that information quality and source credibility affect users information adoption by affecting their perceptions of the credibility and usefulness of the information. The results from the perspective of normative social influences revealed that information consistency had a significantly positive effect on information credibility. Meanwhile,information rating had a significant and positive impact on information usefulness,but it had no influence on information credibility.
