陇东绒山羊细管鲜精有效精子数量对受胎率影响的研究

摘　　要：为了研究陇东绒山羊0.25mL细管精液所含有效精子数量对受胎率的影响。对种公羊采精后,经过精液品质检查,根据精子活力和密度,计算出有效精子数量,在0.25m L细管中,分为5组分别含有6×106、10×106、15×106、20×106和30×106不同有效精子数量。人工授精后,试验1组到试验5组受胎率分别为58.93%、81.03%、83.33%、86.67%和87.09%,试验1组与其他四组差异极显著(P<0.01),但试验组2、试验组3、试验组4和试验组5,四组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过试验研究,0.25mL细管精液中含有10×106个有效精子以上,人工授精2次,受体绒山羊受胎率即可达到81.03%以上的,为最大限度利用陇东绒山羊鲜精提供科学依据。The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of the number of effective spermatozoa contained in se- men of 0.25 mL long tube semen of Long--dong cashmere goats on the conception rate. The sperm count was estimated accord- ing to sperm motility and density after semen quality inspection. Then, sperm semen was divided into 5 groups, each group con- tained 6 ×10^6 , 10 ×10^6 , 15×10^6 , 20 ×10^6 and 30×10^6 effective sperm counts. After artificial insemination, the conception rate of group 1 to group 5 were 58.93% ,81.03% ,83.33% ,86.67% and 87.09% ,respectively,and the difference between the ex- perimental group 1 and the other four groups were significant （p〈0.01）. However, there was no significant differences between the four groups （group2,3,4 and 5） （p〉0.05）. Through the experimental study, the conception rate of recipient cashmere goat can reach 81.03% or more by using 10 106 effective spermatozoa and artificial insemination twice in 0.25 mL thin tube semen.
