金菟排石汤治疗输尿管结石的临床研究

摘　　要：观察金菟排石汤治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 15 0例口服金菟排石汤 ,对照组 14 0例口服五淋化石丹。结果 :治疗组排石率 74 6 % ,有效 12 % ,服药后首次排尿量明显增多 ,与治疗前每次排尿量对比 ,P<0 0 1,对照组排石率为 35 % ,有效 7 1% ,治疗组排石率及服药后首次排尿量均优于对照组 ,P <0 0 1。Objective :To observe the clinical effects of Jintu Paishi decoction(JTPSD)in treating ureterolith. Methods :150 patients in the treated group were treated with JTPSD and 140 patients in the control group were treated with Wulin Huashi pills. Results :After treatment the passing stone rate in the treated group was 74 6%,the effective rate being 12%,the volume of the first urination in creasing obviously( P <0 01).The passing stone rate in the control group was 35%,the effective rate being 7 1%.The passing stone rate and the volume of the first urination in the treated group were both better than those in the control group( P <0 01).
