摘 要:区域科学理论每次创新均存在市场竞争状态、区域关键要素、市场均衡机制、产业布局环境的显著变化。将此规律置于旅游经济区的休闲、信息和知识叠加的发展环境中分析,可以发现黄金旅游带属于垄断竞争下供需矛盾弱,旅游城市、支配型旅游企业与特色旅游线路共同塑造核心竞争力,品牌战略、区域旅游政策与知识型信息协同调控市场均衡,由电子商务主导旅游经济活动的均质旅游经济区。黄河流域旅游经济发展呈现显著的文化旅游主导、支配型旅游企业引领、优秀旅游城市遍布、品牌战略与政府政策双重驱动、各类电子商务链接而成在线旅游业务价值链等黄金旅游带特征。黄河流域适合构建沿黄黄金旅游带,以推动黄河国际旅游目的地的建设。In the evolution of regional scientific theories,there are regular changes in market competition states,regional key elements,market equilibrium mechanism and industrial layout environment.The theoretical framework to analyze tourism economic district is formed through the combination that is to put these regular changes into the tourism economic districts development environment which is composed of leisure,information and human resource.Based on this theoretical framework,it is found that the golden tourism zone belongs to the homogeneous tourism economic districts.Golden tourism zone has five characteristics.Firstly,under monopolistic competition,the contradiction between supply and demand of golden tourism zone is weak.Secondly,the tourism city and the dominant tourism enterprise,along with the characteristic tourism routes,present the core competitiveness of the golden tourism zone.Thirdly,brand strategy and the regulation and control of government,along with the online tourism information,control the market equilibrium of golden tourism zone synergistically.Fourthly,tourism e-commerce leads the development of golden tourism zone,and links all types of tourism e-commerce into online tourism business value chain.Fifthly,the golden tourism zone has the cognate economic factor which is the core competitiveness of golden tourism zone.It is remarkable that the characteristics of golden tourism zone along the Yellow River basin which is mainly reflected in the cultural tourism leading and dominates the tourism enterprises and excellent tourism city,the dual drive on brand strategy and the regulation and control of government,and the online tourism business value chain,etc.It is suggested that the regional government should construct the golden tourism zone along the Yellow River basin so as to promote the construction of the Yellow River′s international tourism destination.
