摘  要:为了提高某型燃气轮机零部件的耐磨损能力,延长机组的使用寿命,采用常规气体渗氮的工艺方法制备了符合要求的氮化层,但在实际生产过程中发现,在氮化后的试样氮化层中出现了少量的"黑色条纹状"组织,该组织在显微结构下呈现类似裂纹的形态。研究了"黑色条纹状"组织的形貌及成份,并分析讨论了该种组织形成的机理。结果表明:2Cr10MoVNbN材料氮化层中出现的"黑色条纹"并不是氮化层裂纹,而是一种γ'+α相组织。A nitriding layer was prepared with conventional gas nitriding process in order to improve the abrasion resistance of the parts and components and extend the life of certain gas turbine. However, in actual production, some "black strips" were found in the nitriding layer of test specimen and exhibited crack - like configuration in microstructure. In this paper, researches were conducted on the appearance and composition of the "black strips", then the principles for the forming of such structure were analyzed and discussed. The results show the "black strips" in the nitriding layer of 2CrlOMoVNbN is not cracks, but a γ′+ a phase.
