延续性护理对脑卒中患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理对脑卒中患者康复的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月期间收治的脑卒中患者89例,并按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组44例,行常规护理;观察组45例,在对照组护理基础上加强延续性护理。对比两组日常生活活动能力、生命质量和护理满意度。结果出院时,观察组、对照组Barthel指数评分分别是(47.5±3.8)分、(47.2±4.3)分,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访1年后,观察组Barthel指数评分为(74.2±6.9)分,高于对照组的(63.7±5.7)分(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组QOL评分为(73.1±1.8)分,高于对照组的(65.2±2.0)分(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.6%,高于对照组的72.7%(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中患者康复中,延续性护理可以有效地改善患者的日常生活活动能力,提高生命质量,护理满意度高,是一种理想的护理方法。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods 89 cases of stroke patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and divided into control group（n=44） and observation group（n=45） according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group was given continuous nursing care. The activities of daily living, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results At the time of discharge, the Barthel index scores of the observation group and the control group were（47.5±3.8） and（47.2±4.3） respectively, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After followed up for 1 years, the Barthel index score of the observation group was（74.2±6.9）, which was significantly higher than（63.7±5.7） of the control group. After the intervention, the QOL score of the observation group was（73.1±1.8）, which was significantly higher than（65.2 ±2.0） of the control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.6%, which was significantly higher than 72.7% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In rehabilitation of stroke patients, the continuing nursing care can effectively improve the patient＇s activities of daily living and the quality of life, with high nursing satisfaction, and is an ideal nursing method.
