摘　　要：目的 :研制便携式肢体手术消毒架,解决肢体手术前消毒、无菌铺巾等操作因人力抬举牵引肢体带来的医护人员体力透支、手术消毒区域被污染、资源浪费、手术时间延长等问题。方法:根据肢体手术前消毒、铺巾需求,采用优质不锈钢材料,延伸手术床沿侧杆300~600 mm,设计研制出具有抬高、牵引功能的便携式肢体消毒架。结果:该消毒架结构稳定,可持续承重达150 kg,应用于四肢手术前消毒、无菌铺巾等系列术前准备操作中,无需人力抬举、牵引肢体,实现解放医务人员体力劳动,提高了工作效率。结论:便携式肢体手术消毒架具有结构简单,操作方便,性能稳定,可拆卸,机动灵活,操作使用、存储、运输、携带便捷,可清洗、消毒等特点,值得临床推广使用。Objective To develop a portable limb disinfection rack to set the medical personnel free from manual limb traction for preoperative disinfection and etc during limb surgery. Methods The disinfection rack was made of stainless steel with considerations on the requirements of limb surgery, which had the side bar extended for 300 to 600 mm. Results The disinfection rack had high stability and 150-kg bearing capability, and could be applied to preoperative preparation such as disinfection and sterile sheet laying to enhance the efficiency of medical personnel. Conclusion The disinfection rack gains advantages in structure, operation, performance, deployability, mobility, storage, transport and cleaning, and thus is worthy promoting clinically.
