摘　　要：目的 :通过探索综合性医院对通用型医疗设备的集中统一管理,达到提高设备使用效率,减少重复购置的目的。方法:经过调研,以监护仪为试点开展通用型医疗设备集中管理,并制定相关的管理方案及工作流程。结果:提高了医疗设备使用效率,在减少全院通用型设备购置数量的前提下,满足了临床患者的需求。结论:医院的购置资金使用更加合理,采购及设备使用效率最大化,达到了医院及科室均满意的效果。Objective To explore the centralized management of hospital universal medical equipment to enhance efficiency of the equipment and decrease repeated purchasing. Methods Medical equipment centralized management was studied with survey and the monitor as an example, and related management plans and working flow. Results The efficiency of medical equipment was enhanced, and the purchasing of hospital universal medical equipment was decreased, while the requirements of the patients were fulfilled. Conclusion All-win result is obtained in hospital fund, equipment purchasing and utilization, and the requirements are met for hospital and departments.
