摘　　要：灵渠·桂柳运河折射出历史、社会、自然、美学、宗教、哲学等文化,灵渠·桂柳运河的研究、保护及开发,关乎桂林国际旅游胜地生态文化旅游的融合发展。桂林自古以来就是"海上丝绸之路"的重要节点城市。开发利用灵渠·桂柳运河文化,主动融入和服务于"一带一路"建设,可裂变生态文化旅游融合发展效应。The Ling canal and Guiliu canal reflect the culture of history, society, nature, aesthetics, religion,philosophy, the research, protection and development of Ling canal and Guiliu canal concerns the integrative development of Guilin international resort ＇s eco-cultural tourism. Guilin has been an important node city of＂maritime silk road＂since ancient time. The development and utilization of the culture of the canal in the integration and service ＇s construction about＂One Belt And One Road＂can produce the effect of the integrative development of eco-cultural tourism.
