摘  要:采用数值模拟软件对GH4169大型异形环件的胎模制坯及环轧过程进行了仿真分析,分析结果显示:采用现有的压力机和辗环机设备不能完全制备出符合要求的坯料,最后坯料成形欠压40 mm左右,但通过环轧过程仿真分析认为,采用欠压坯料也能够轧制出符合图纸形状和尺寸的异形环件,分析结果与实际生产较为吻合。The pre-forming and ring rolling process of a large scale GH4169 profiled ring were simulated by using numerical simulation software. The results showed that it was im- possible to form the suitable blank by the existing presses and ring rolling machine perfect- ly, and the blank under pressed was about 40 nun. But with the simulation of rolling pro- cess, the scale profiled ring that meet the drawing shape and size could be formed success- fully by the blank under press, and the simulation result was coincided with the produc- tion.
