摘　　要：以某汽车前围上盖板双色塑件为例,分析其成型工艺特点,设计了1副移动式热流道双色注射模,并阐述了模具的工作过程,模具已应用于实际生产,成型的双色塑件质量良好,达到了客户的要求,为类似双色注射模设计提供一定的参考。Taking a two-color automobile front cover panel plastic as an example, a set of the translational two-color injection mould with hot runner was designed by analyzing the characteristics of the moulding process, and the working process of the mould was de- scribed. Now the forming has been applied to the actual production, and the quality of forming parts was good, which could provide some reference for the similar two-color injec- tion mould design.
