摘  要:近年来,采用高压辊磨工艺处理低品位单一磁铁矿应用较为广泛,高压辊磨方案与常规磨矿方案相比,具有多碎少磨、碎矿能耗低、降低磨矿功耗、提前粗粒抛尾、减少入磨量、能提高后续磨机处理能力等优点。在相同条件下对两种方案从技术和经济上进行比较,计算了两种方案的耗材、耗电、经营费及投资费用,这对类似矿山在方案选择上有很强的参考意义。In recent years, high pressure grinding roller (HPGR) process is widely applied to process low grade monotonous magnetite. Compared with conventional grinding scheme, HPGR scheme is characterized by crushing more and grinding less, low energy consumption for ore crushing, decreased energy consumption for ore grinding, coarse particle tailings discarding in advance, reduction in amount of ores that need grinding and improvement on processing capacity of subsequent mills. Under the same conditions, the two schemes are compared from economic and technical aspects. Consumables, energy consumption, operating cost and investment cosf for the two schemes are calculated, which is very referential to scheme selection for similar mines.
