摘 要:明朝在洪武、永乐时期,平定了东北地区的故元割据势力,为加强对东北的经略,积极恢复和重建了东北水陆交通系统。"海西东水陆城站"于明永乐七年(1409年)始建,至明永乐十年(1412年)竣止。"海西东水陆城站"沿线的驿站星罗棋布,纵横交织,南接辽东都司北境,北抵黑龙江下游,是一条连接辽东都司与奴儿干都司的朝贡之路、物资往来之路和文化传播之路。这条通道具有水陆并用、水狗联运、国家走廊、国际通道等特点,对明朝经略黑龙江下游地区,将其纳入东北边疆的防御体系及王朝政治体系,营建"大一统"的国家规模具有重要意义。During the reign of Emperor Hongwu (1368 A.D.--1398 A.D.) and Emperor Yongle (1403 A.D.--1424 A.D.), the central realm stifled the separatist forces of the Yuan Dynasty in northeastern China, and took active measures to restore and reconstruct the water and land transport system to strengthen its rule in this region. Therefore, the East Haixi Water and Land Route was built in 1409 and completed in 1412. With a network of posts scattered and interconnected along the route, it extends southward to the north territory of Liaodong (the eastern part of Liaoning province) Commanding Station and northward to the lower reaches of Heilongjiang River. As a way to pay tribute, to transport materials and to exchange cultures, the route is characterized as an all-weather water and land passage, a national corridor and an international channel, which is significant to include the lower reaches of the Heilongjiang River in the defense system of the northeast frontier and the dynasty political system, and to establish a "unified" realm.
