摘 要:健康教育是预防疾病、促进健康的重要手段。然而,疾病格局的变化对中国的公共健康教育提出了诸多挑战。于娟"癌症日记"的社会反响表明,与强调"科学解释"的专业流行病学相比,注重"个体经历"的大众流行病学更具有吸引力和说服力。因此,在公共健康教育实践中,健康教育工作者不仅要强调健康教育的科学性和权威性,还要注重健康教育的趣味性和可读性,并深入了解社会文化因素的复杂影响。Health education is an important means to prevent diseases and promote health. However, the changing spectrum of diseases has posed various challenges for the public health education in China. The social responses initiated by Yu Juan's The Diary of a Cancer Sufferer show that the lay epidemiology which focuses on individual experience is more attractive and convincing than the professional epidemiology which emphasizes the scientific explanation. Therefore, in the practice of public health education, health educators should pay attention not only to the scientificity and authority of health education, but also to its attraction and readability. Moreover, they should know the complex influence of social and cultural factors on public health education.
