摘 要:针对田兴铁矿超大能力充填系统溢流跑混问题,以创新理论TRIZ为指导,建立超大能力充填工艺部分功能模型,分析问题功能区域,并对理想解、次理想解进行描述,利用技术、物理冲突理论求解,通过可用性评价,最终创新设计出一种能够快速澄清溢流水的立式砂仓,简化了超大能力充填工艺流程。室内相似模拟试验证明新型立式砂仓澄清溢流水效果明显。Aimed at the overflow problems of full tailings filling system with large capacity in Tianxing iron mine, the partial function model of full railings filling technique with large capacity was established, taking the innovation theory TRIZ as a guid- ance. Then, the functional regions of existing problems were analyzed, and the ideal and sub-ideal solutions were described, u- sing the theory of physical and technical conflict to solve. Finally, a vertical tailing bin could be designed to quickly precipitate overflow water by usability evaluation, which simplified the full tailings filling technical process with large capacity. Conse- quently, the indoor similar simulation test proved that the new vertical tailing bin had an obvious effect on precipitating over- flow water.
