摘  要:为了模拟矿物颗粒大小组成对声发射的影响,采用两种粒径的石英砂(0.1~0.2 mm,0.63~1 mm),按不同配比(0.5∶1,1∶1,1∶0.5)混制成3组类岩石材料试件,并对试件进行了单轴压缩声发射试验。试验结果表明:3组不同配比试件的变形特征与天然岩石材料的比较一致,其变形破坏过程都经历了4个阶段,即:初始压密、弹性变形、塑性变形、裂纹加速扩展至试件破坏;随着细颗粒比例的增大,试件的单轴抗压强度逐渐增大。通过分析3组同配比试件的声发射试验参数,得到声发射事件率-时间与应力的关系,累计声发射事件率与时间、应力的关系,结果表明,类岩石材料的声发射特性与天然岩石材料的声发射特性比较相似。In order to simulate the influences of mineral grain compositions on the acoustic emission, two kinds of quartz sand with different grain sizes respectively as 0.1~0.2 mm and 0.63~ 1 mm were used to mix and produce three groups of rock-like samples with various ratios of 0.5 : 1,1 : 1 and 1 : 0.5. Then, the uniaxial compression experiments of acoustic emission were conducted. The experimental results showed that the deformation characteristics of the three groups of samples were consistent with those of the natura.1 rock materials. The deformation process had experienced four stages, namely, initial compaction, e- lastic deformation, plastic deformation and crack propagation to specimen failure. With the increase of the grain ratio, the uniax- ial compressive strength of the samples gradually increased. By analyzing the acoustic emission experimental parameters of the three groups of samples, the relationships between the acoustic emission event rate with time and stress were obtained, as well as the relationships between the accumulative acoustic emission event rate and time with stress. The results indicated that the a- coustic emission characteristics of rock-like materials were similar to those of natural rock materials.
