摘 要:以某上游式尾矿坝为例,将排土场应用到尾矿坝加固上,采用完全非线性有限差分法,通过从浸润线、残余变形、平均动剪应力、液化区及安全系数等方面对比分析了在地震作用下排土场作为压坡体对尾矿坝稳定性的影响,分析结果表明:压坡后坝体内浸润线埋深明显增加,竖向沉降位移大大缩小,缩小量达78.2%,较压坡前尾矿砂平均动剪应力显著提高,压坡后坝坡表面和堆积坝坝顶附近液化区完全消失;而且对静动力作用下坝体的安全系数也产生很大影响,相比压坡前,静力作用下安全系数提高了41.5%,地震作用下安全系数提高了38.2%。该研究不仅解决了坝体稳定性的问题,还解决了排土场用地问题,而且为矿山企业节约了生产成本、保护了矿山环境。Taking an upstream tailings dam for an example, refuse dump was applied on strengthening railings dam. Under earthquake, the influences of refuse dump as pressing slope on the stability of tailings dam were analyzed and compared by fully nonlinear finite difference method and from five aspects, including phreatic line, residual deformation, average dynamic shear stress, fluidized zone and safety factor. The analysis results showed that the depth of phreatic line of the dam increased obvious- ly after pressing slope, the vertical settlement displacement diminished sharply, and its diminishing volume reached to 78.2 %, which had evident growth than that before pressing slope. The fluidized zones of dam surface and in the top of fill dam vanished drastically after pressing slope, and also there were significantly great impacts on the safety factors of dam under static and dynamic power. Compared with no pressing slope, the safety factor under static power was enhanced by 41.5%, and under earthquake was improved by 38.2%. Therefore, this research not only solved the problems of dam stability and the land of re- fuse dump, but also saved the cost and protested environment for mining enterprises.
