摘  要:随着高通量筛选技术的不断发展,该技术已经成为发现新药物的重要途径之一。高通量筛选技术已大量应用于筛选药物活性成分的领域中,但是其中大部分为从化合物库中筛选活性成分,仅有十几篇文献应用于中药活性成分的筛选,而中国传统中草药却是探索和发展新药物的丰富来源。本文通过综述国内外2008年到2017年的相关文献,阐述了分子和细胞水平上的高通量筛选技术在中草药活性成分的筛选及其应用进展,为今后中草药新药研发提供参考。High throughput screening is a method to find new drugs from a large number of drug samples that interact with targets by using mieroporous plates as carriers of molecules and cells. With the continuous development of highthroughput screening technology, it has became one of the most important ways to discover new drugs. High throughput screening has been widely used in drug screening of active components,but most of them were from compound library, only a dozen of articles were used in the active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine, which is rich sources for exploring and developing new drugs. In this paper, we summarized recently published articles from 2008 to 2017 and elucidated the screening and application of high throughput screening technology in screening active ingredients from Chinese herbal medicine. It might be the reference for the development of Chinese herbal medicines as new drugs in future.
