镀镍碳纳米管对Ti(C、N)-Co金属陶瓷材料力学性能的影响分析

摘  要:研究了镀镍碳纳米管对Ti(C、N)-Ni金属陶瓷材料显微结构和力学性能的影响。通过真空烧结方法制备出了Ti(C、N)-Ni金属陶瓷。其显微结构存在两种晶粒组织结构,一种是黑芯/灰环,另一种是白芯/灰环。且随着镀镍碳纳米管添加量的增加,显微结构呈现粗化的趋势。镀镍碳纳米管对金属陶瓷力学性能的影响是显著的。结果表明,抗弯强度和硬度随着碳纳米管添加量的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势,抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别在添加量为1wt%和2.5wt%时达到最大值,而断裂韧性在镀镍碳纳米管添加量为0~2.5wt%范围内随镀镍碳纳米管添加量的增大而增大且在2.5wt%时达最大值。The effect of nickel plated carbon nanotubes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti (C, N)-Ni cermets has been investigated. Ti(C, N)-Ni cermet was prepared by vacuum sintering. The microstructure has two kinds of grain structure, one is black core/gray ring, the other is white core/gray ring. With the addition of nickel plated carbon nanotubes, the coarsening trend of mierostructure is increased. The effect of nickel plated carbon nanotubes on the mechan- ical properties of cermets is remarkable. Found that the bending strength and hardness increase with the addition of carbon nanotubes increased first and then decreased, the flexural strength and the fracture toughness in addition to reach the maxi- mum value of 1wt% and 2.5wt%, and the fracture toughness of the addition amount of nickel carbon nanotubes increased in the range of 0-2.5wt% with nickel carbon nanotubes added amount increases and the maximum value of 2.5wt%.
