摘  要:屏蔽金具是特高压换流站设备重要组成部分,其表面电场控制对换流站设备的正常运行有着至关重要的意义。为了实现±1 100 kV特高压换流站支柱绝缘子屏蔽金具的表面电场控制,以支柱绝缘子屏蔽球为研究对象,建立了3D有限元模型,采用静电场代替瞬态场计算获得屏蔽金具在操作冲击过电压下的表面电场分布,并讨论了屏蔽球形状、开孔倒角尺寸、开孔深度、倾斜角度等因素对冲击电压下金具表面电场分布的影响。计算结果表明:提出的"鼓形"金具设计方案,在冲击电压下可将表面最大场强控制在21 kV/cm以下,安全裕度较大;屏蔽球采用100 mm以上开孔倒角半径可有效降低底部电场强度。此外,适当降低开孔深度、减小倾斜角度也有益于控制屏蔽球底部场强。该研究成果为±1 100 kV换流站支柱绝缘子屏蔽金具的设计与安装提供了参考。Shielding fitting is an integral part of UHV converter station,and its surface electric field control is of vital importance to the normal operation of the converter station equipment.In order to achieve the surface electric field control of the shielding fittings of post insulators in ±1 100 kV converter station,taking the shielding balls of post insulators as the object,we established a finite element model of 3D,and used the electrostatic field instead of the transient field to obtain the surface electric field distribution of the shielding fittings under the switching impulse overvoltage.Moreover,we discussed the effects of shape of the shielding balls,size of the hole chamfer,depth and angle chamfer of the hole,and other factors on the fittings surface electric field distribution under impulse voltage.The results showed that,under the impulse voltage,the maximum surface electric field intensity of the design scheme of ‘drum' fitting can be controlled under 21 kV/cm,the safety margin is large.The shielding balls with radius of the hole chamfer above 100 mm can effectively reduce the electric field intensity.In addition,reducing the opening depth or the inclination angle is also beneficial to controlling the electric field intensity.The research results can provide some references for the design and installation of the shielding balls of ±1 100 kV UHV converter station.
