摘  要:动车组高压隔离开关高压侧金具螺栓连接方式影响其附近空气域电场强度。分析螺栓连接方式对电场分布的影响规律并选择合理的优化方案,对降低局部电场强度值和提高绝缘子运行可靠性具有重要意义。为此,基于三维制图软件与有限元静电场模块联合仿真和污闪试验等手段开展动车组高压隔离开关螺栓安装策略优化研究。建立三维模型,分析不同螺栓安装方式下高压侧局部空气域表面及沿线电位、电场分布的变化趋势。人工气候室内开展污闪试验,验证了螺栓端部对闪络放电通道的影响。研究结果表明,现有连接方式容易形成螺栓端部对绝缘子高压侧1号伞裙边缘的放电通道,优化后的螺栓连接方式可有效降低局部区域电位梯度,降低了螺栓同伞裙边缘之间空气间隙被击穿后形成放电通道的可能性,研究结果可为实际工程应用提供依据。The installation method of high-voltage end bolts of high-voltage isolating switch for electric multiple units(EMU) impairs the electric field strength of the air domain in the vicinity of the bolts.In order to reduce local electric field intensity and improve the operation reliability of high-voltage insulator,it is of great importance to analyze the influences of bolt fix method on electric field distribution and select a reasonable bolt installation scheme.Consequently,we studied the optimization strategy of the bolts at high-voltage end for the high voltage isolation switch in EMU on the basis of the 3D drawing-commercial FEM co-simulation and artificial pollution flashover test.The 3D model was established to compare the variation trend of the potential and electric field distribution along the air surface or axial lines under different bolt installation methods.The effect of bolt end on the flashover discharge channel was verified by experiments in the artificial chamber.The results show that the existing bolt installation method is easy to form the discharge channel from bold end to the 1 st insulator sheath edge,the optimized bolt connection method can effectively reduce the potential gradient of the local area and reduce the possibility of forming a discharge channel on the edge of insulator sheath,the results of this study can provide references for practical engineering applications.
