摘 要:异形截面管件广泛应用于汽车底盘结构件领域,它不仅可以充分利用材料的强度和刚度,而且是实现结构轻量化的重要措施之一。对汽车底盘变截面管件进行研究,利用有限元软件Dynaform建立了QSTE340低碳钢管材充液成形的有限元模型。研究了充液成形过程中管材预制坯形状、初始屈服压力、整形压力及推头轴向进给量对成形结果的影响,并通过试验验证了仿真分析的准确性。研究结果表明:在异形截面管零件成形过程中,管材预制坯各截面周长与最终零件各截面周长相近时,可以提高成形质量;当初始屈服压力为70 MPa、整形压力为200 MPa、轴向补料量为25 mm时,可以成形出合格零件。Irregular cross-section tube is widely used in the automotive chassis structure field, which not only make full use of material strength and stiffness, but also is an important measures to achieve the aim of reducing product weight. Therefore, an irregular cross-sec- tion tube of car chassis was studied, and the finite element model of hydroforming for mild steel QSTE340 was established by finite element software of Dynaform. Furthermore, the influences of initial tube shape, initial yield pressure, calibration pressure and axial feeding length on the forming results were investigated during the hydroforming process, and its accuracy was verified by the experiment. The results show that the forming quality of part can be enhanced when the perimeter of each cross-section of initial tube equals to that of the final component. Thus, when the initial yield pressure is 70 MPa, the calibration pressure is 200 MPa, and the axial feeding length is 25 mm, a qualified part can be made.
