摘 要:镶块是冲压模具的基本结构,与其他部件之间通过销钉定位、螺钉紧固的方式进行装配。螺钉与销钉设计简单,但对设计质量和效率要求比较高。因此,提出了一种基于模具镶块结构的螺钉与销钉自适应快速设计算法。根据镶块的结构形状和大小,按照螺钉和销钉的孔距和边距要求,自动进行孔位布置,生成系列位置圆,且可以对圆的排布进行编辑和调整,并调用相应的螺钉和销钉标准件进行装配。该算法可实现在非平面复杂镶块上设计螺钉和销钉孔,而且还能依据镶块紧固厚度自适应选择相应螺钉和销钉规格。为了实现自动化设计,将该算法无缝集成到NX软件平台,开发了一套螺钉与销钉的自适应设计与装配系统。实例表明,自适应设计与装配可以显著提高模具镶块中螺钉与销钉的设计质量和效率。Inserts are the basic structure of stamping dies, which are installed and assembled with other structural components by dowel positioning and screw fastening. The design of screws and dowels is simple, hut it has an extraordinary request to the design quality and efficiency. Therefore, an adaptive fast design algorithm of screws and dowels was proposed based on the structure of die inserts. According to the structure shape and size of inserts, a series of circles representing the positions of screws and dowels were automatically generated, which met the requirements of spacing and margin of screws and dowels. Moreover, the arrangement of circles could be modified and ad- justed arbitrarily and screws and dowels were fitted in the corresponding position circles by the standard part library. The algorithm could realize the design of screws and dowels in complex inserts with non-planar die surface, and the length specification of screws and dowels could be adaptively chosen on the basis of the fastening thickness of inserts. Further more, in order to realize the automated design, the algorithm was also seamlessly integrated into the NX software platform, and an adaptive design and assembly system of screws and dowels were developed. The example demonstrates that the adaptive design and assembly can greatly improve the design quality and efficiency of screws and dowels in the inserts of automotive stamping dies.
