摘 要:当前由功能设计得到的产品原理解能否满足功能要求,缺少有效的评判方法,导致设计工作的反复和资源的浪费。通过功能与流之间的关系,揭示了流是表征功能能否实现的重要依据。依据原理结构进行AMESim建模,在结构层上描述了流的传递关系,利用因果序理论建立因果关系网,并据此判断流是否能够实现转换;利用隶属函数确定客户需求和流之间的关系,通过对隶属度划分满意度区间,从而确定流的合理范围;进而提出了一种两级评价法用来判断原理解的可行性。最后以扣圈机验证上述方法的有效性和实用性,并通过AMESim软件进行定量仿真验证所提方法的正确性。Whether the product principle structure obtained by functional design can meet the functional requirements, the lack of effective evaluation methods which leading to repeated design work and waste of resources at present. Based on the relationship between function and flow, it is revealed that flow is an important basis for the realization of function. According to the principle of the structure, On the layer structure describes the transfer relation of the flow by Using AMESim modeling. According to the causal relationships net was established by causal ordering theory to estimate the flow can implement transformation. To determine the relation between customer needs and flow by membership function. Through divide the range of degrees of satisfaction for desirability to determine the reasonable range of flow. Then a two level evaluation method is proposed to determine the feasibility of the principle solution. lastly, take the Ring fastening machine as an example to verify validity and practicality of the proposed method, and the correctness of the proposed method is verified by AMESim software.
