摘  要:对于小批量多品种精密球轴承的生产,常存在人工合套效率与成品率低的问题,因存在内、外圈数目不等和钢球规值及相应规值的钢球数量不一等因素均会影响合套率。针对这些问题,以满足产品设计游隙为目标,综合考虑上述约束条件通过编写程序进行计算机模拟合套分析,只要输入各待装配内、外圈沟底直径偏差和钢球规值及相应的球数,即可输出最优的合套方案,从而有效提高了人工合套的工作效率和成品数量。For the production of small batch of many varieties of precision ball bearings, there is often the problem of low efficiency and low yield of finished products, due to the differences of the number of inner and outer ring and the ball gauge value and the corresponding value of the ball specifications and other factors, which will affect the fitting rate. For these problems, to meet the product design clearance as the goal, taking into account the above constraints through the preparation of computer simulation analysis, as long as you input the inner and outer ring groove bottom diameter deviation and ball specifications and the corresponding ball number, it can output the best combination of programs, which effectively improve the efficiency of the artificial fitting work and the number of finished products.
