摘　　要：地铁轨道交通轴箱轴承属于高速、重载、高精密、高可靠性的轴承,作为城市轨道交通车辆的关键旋转支承基础件,其安全性能指标是最根本的技术性能要求。目前轴箱轴承技术被国外垄断,所以在线使用的基本都为进口产品,大多为日本NSK、瑞典SKF和德国FAG的产品。通过研究、攻关,研制出了双列圆柱滚子轴承NNJP 5224X2-2Z Q/P69YA,经过台架试验、空载、重载等试验,试验结果表明该地铁轴承已达到国内领先水平,能够替代进口产品,可实现国产化。The subway traffic axle box bearing is high speed, overloaded, high precision and high reliability. As the key rotating components of urban rail transit vehicle, its safety performance is the most basic technical performance requirements. At present, foreign enterprises monopolize the subway traffic axle box bearing technology, so most online using axle box bearing is for imported products, just like Japan NSK bearing, Swedish SKF bearing and Germany FAG bearing. Through the study and research, double row cylindrical roller bearings NNJP 5224X2- 2Z Q/P69YA is developed. After the bench test, no-load test and overload test, the test results show that the subway bearing has reached the domestic leading level, can replace imported products and realize localization.
