摘  要:以某反应堆主泵推力滑动轴承试验台加载装置为研究对象,考虑惯性离心作用和润滑油粘温效应,基于N-S方程建立三维油膜热流固耦合有限元分析模型,研究惯性离心和热弹变形对原型大尺寸高速高压推力加载装置承载性能的影响,并对加载装置进行结构改进计算与试验,为实际大尺寸推力加载装置设计与应用提供重要依据和参考。结果表明:高转速惯性离心作用改变加载装置内部流动,增加入口油压可以有效提高承载能力;热弹变形对承载力有显著影响,考虑润滑油粘温效应使油膜承载力降低12.6%;当热弹变形量过大将导致油膜破裂,加载装置由液体润滑状态变为干摩擦状态,发生烧瓦停机现象;将原环形整体单腔结构改进成扇形三腔结构油膜承载力较初始结构提高了22.5%;改进装置加载试验验证了改进方案的可行性和数值模拟方法的适用性。For a thrust loading device in a test rig of a reactor coolant pump bearing, with consideration of centrifugal inertia and temperature-viscosity effect of lubricating oil, a three- dimensional thermal- fluid-structural coupling model of oil film was established based on the N-S equations,the effects of centrifugal inertia and thermal elastic deformation on the load bearing performance of a prototype large size high speed high pressure thrust loading device were researched, the impoved structure schemes were put forward and tested providing an important basis and reference for the design and application of large- sized loading device. The results show that: The internal flow is altered by the centrifugal inertia effect at higher speed, increasing the inlet pressure thus effectively improves the bearing capacity. Thermal elastic deformation significantly affects the loading capacity. The oil film loading capacity reduces by 12.6% considering the temperature-viscosity effect of lubricating oil. Large thermal elastic deformation lead to oil film rupture, the hearing pad burnt, thrust bearing damaged, the system was forced to stop. The load capacity of the oil film of the improved three oil cavity structure increases by 22.5% compared to the original circular single oil cavity structure. The loading test for the impoved sturture was conducted and the feasibility of the improved scheme and the applicability of the numerical simulation method were verified.
