法制化进程中对推行少数民族法律顾问制度的理论思考

摘　　要：全面依法治国是"四个全面"战略布局的重要组成部分,体现了党和国家领导集体治国理政的坚强意志,其为全面深化改革、全面建成小康社会起到了保驾护航的作用。我国少数民族众多,在少数民族地区建立法律顾问制度,必将极大提高国民整体法律素养,推动国家法治进程,也为优化少数民族地区法制环境、改善少数民族法律服务提供重要基础。从少数民族法律顾问的理论内涵出发,结合地方法律顾问制度实践情况,对法制化进程中推行少数民族法律顾问制度做出一些理论思考。General rule of law is an important part of ＂four comprehensive＂ strategic layout, reflects the strong will of the party and state leaders in governance, it has played a role in escorting the whole country for deepening reform and building a well-off society in an all-round way. There are many ethnic minorities in China, estabhsh a legal advisory system in minority areas, will greatly improve our overall national legal literacy, promote the process of the whole country under the rule of law, it also provides an important basis for optimizing the legal environment in minority areas and improving the legal services of ethnic minorities. Based on the theoretical connotation of minority legal adviser and the practice of local legal consultant system, this paper makes some theoretical reflections on the implementation of minority legal advisor system in the process of legalization.
