摘　　要：勤工助学是我国高校资助工作体系中的重要组成部分,是缓解贫困生经济压力的重要方式。随着时代的发展,勤工助学也出现了管理体制不健全、工作内容与专业相关性低、酬金偏低、育人功能相对薄弱的问题。本文结合实际提出了完善勤工助学的对策,以期更好地发挥其资助育人的功效。Work study is an important part of financial assistance system in China＇s colleges and universities,is an important way to alleviate the economic pressure of poor students. With the development of the times,the work study also appeared in the management system is not perfect,professional work content and low correlation,low fees,education function is relatively weak. In this paper the actual work puts forward countermeasures,in order to better play the aid of educating people.
