新形势下高校就业指导工作的现状与对策研究

摘　　要：自1991年我国实行高考扩招以后,我国高校招生人数出现了大规模的增加,随之毕业生人数也相应增加,这就对毕业生就业增加了一定的难度,就业形势日益严峻,同时也对高校的就业部门提出了新的挑战。本文通过对当前高校就业指导工作的现状分析,提出了目前高校就业指导工作中普遍存在的问题,并结合实际情况为加强高校就业指导工作建设提出了几点对策及建议。Execute after the college entrance examination enrollment expansion in China since 1991 ,the increase of enrollment in colleges and universities appeared the large-scale,with the number of graduates also increases accordingly, it is to graduate employment increased the certain diflficulty,the situation of obtaining employment is becoming increasingly rigorous,at the same time also to the university employment department puts forward a new challenge. In this article,through analyzing the current situation of universities employment instruction work,put forward the common problem in the universities employment instruction work,combined with the actual situation in order to strengthen the construction of universities employment instruction work puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
