摘　　要：本文探讨早期股骨头缺血坏死的高危因素,回顾分析性251例疑诊股骨头缺血坏死患者资料,对年龄、性别、骨密度、酗酒、激素使用等7项可能的因素进行单因素及多因素分析。单因素分析显示年龄、骨密度、酗酒及激素使用为可能影响因素(P<0.05),其中性别、酗酒史及激素使用史为危险因素。To investigate the risk factors of early avascular necrosis of femoral head, a retrospective analysis of 251 cases of suspected patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head, the age, gender, bone mineral density, alcoholism, hormone use and other 7 possible factors of single factor and multi factor analysis. Single factor analysis showed that age, bone mineral density, alcoholism and hormone use as possible the influence factors （P〈0.05）, including gender, drinking history and hormone use history as a risk factor.
