自助式胶片报告系统在放射科的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨胶片—报告自助打印系统在放射科应用情况,我院共计投放12台自助式胶片报告打印机,分析取胶片与报告情况,观察胶片及报告匹配识别情况和废弃胶片积压情况,记录机器故障情况。平均每天约有98.7%患者通过自助打印机顺利取到检查结果与胶片,0.75%自助取结果失败。0.55%患者因各种原因未取结果。该系统使用后提高放射科工作效率,降低工作量,减少医患纠纷。To investigate the film - report self-help printing system in the application of radiology in our hospital, put 12 total station self-service film report printer, film and analysis report, and report the observed film matching and the backlog of cases abandoned film, recording machine failure.An average of about 98.7% patients a day through the self help printer to get the results of the examination and the film, the results of the 0.75% self-help. 0.55% patients failed to take the results for various reasons.To improve the work efficiency, reduce the workload and reduce the doctor-patient disputes
