摘　　要：详细介绍了海洋使用的聚氨酯硬泡喷涂预制保温配重管技术。对比该新技术与传统浇注保温管及钢套钢技术,分析其工艺特点、技术优势、施工成本,并试验评价保温层及整管性能。喷涂成型保温配重管应用范围更广,产品质量更好,自动化程度更高,适用于海洋100~200 m水深边际油田的开发。The prefabricated rigid polyurethane foam spray insulation concrete weight coating pipe technology for deepsea oil-transfer was introduced. The new technology was compared with the traditional casting polyurethane thermal insulation pipe and pipe-in-pipe technology. Its technical characteristics, technical advantages and construction cost, test and evaluation of insulation layer and pipe performance were analysed. Spray forming insulation concrete weight coating pipe had the wider application, better product quality and higher degree of automation. It was suitable for the development of the offshore marginal oilfield of 100-200 m depth.
