摘  要:通过预聚体法制备了高速铁路用聚氨酯弹性垫板,探究了聚醚多元醇分子结构及分子量、扩链交联剂、异氰酸酯指数、异氰酸酯类型、填充系数等对聚氨酯微孔弹性体(MPUE)力学性能及静刚度的影响。结果表明,使用单一的聚四氢呋喃二醇(相对分子质量2000)为软段,1,5-萘二异氰酸酯为异氰酸酯,异氰酸酯指数1.03~1.04,1,4-丁二醇与三羟甲基丙烷的摩尔比为(3~5)/1,填充系数1.1~1.2时,制备的弹性垫板性能最佳,在满足铁道部新修订的《WJ-8型扣件暂行技术条件》的基础上,提高了强度、静刚度及动静比等关键指标的要求,使制得的弹性垫板具有更优异的性能。Polyurethane elastic pad using in high-speed railway was prepared by prepolymer process. The influence of polyether polyols, chain extenders and crosslinkers, index of isocyanate, types of isocyanate and filling coefficient on the mechanical properties and static stiffness of microcellular polyurethane elastomer ( MPUE ) was discussed. The results showed that the elastic pad had excellent properties prepared with single PTMG (molecular weight 2000) and NDI while isoeyanate index was 1.03- 1.04, ratio of chain extender and crosslinker was (3 5)/1, filling coefficient was 1.1- 1.2. The elastic pad showed better performance by improving the key indicator such as strength, static stiffness, ratio of dynamic and static stiffness and met the requirements of revised tentative specification.
