摘  要:考察了几种典型的聚醚多元醇、醛类清除剂对聚氨酯(PU)软泡中挥发性有机物(VOC)含量的影响,并将其应用到汽车隔音垫的生产中。结果表明,不同供应商的聚醚及其泡沫质量相差不大,可利亚多元醇有限公司的聚醚及所制备的软泡的VOC稍低于高桥和Dow公司的,PU泡沫中部分甲醛来自于发泡过程中产生的副反应,而醛类清除剂AS102能有效抑制PU泡沫内甲醛的生成,并由此生产出合格的隔音垫总成产品。Influence of some typical polyether polyols and aldehyde scavengers on the VOC of polyurethane foam was investigated, and a practical application in sound insulation pad of automotive was also studied. The results showed that no more difference on polyols and foam quality was found among these polyol suppliers. The VOC of polyether polyols and foam thereof of KPX Chemical Co., Ltd were slightly lower than that of Gaoqiao and Dow. Formaldehyde was partly caused by the side reaction during the PU foaming, and it could be inhibited effectively by aldehyde scavenger AS102. A qualified product of sound insulation pad for automotive was made accordingly.
