摘 要:为提高腐植酸系水煤浆分散剂的分散性能,以腐植酸为原料,通过在腐植酸上接枝共聚,引入大分子亲水长链,合成2种亲水长链型水煤浆分散剂:腐植酸-烯丙基磺酸钠-衣康酸聚乙二醇酯(HSI)和腐植酸-烯丙基磺酸钠-马来酸聚乙二醇酯(HSMa),采用红外光谱、热重分析、差示扫描量热及X射线衍射对2种分散剂结构进行表征,同时测定了由其制备的水煤浆的表观黏度和流变性。结果表明:新合成的分散剂亲水性好,分散性能优良,可明显降低水煤浆的表观黏度,且HSMa性能优于HSI。In order to improve the dispersion performances of the dispersant applied to the humic acid base coal water mixture,taking the humic acid as the raw material,with the graft copolymerization of the humic acid and with the introduction of the macromolecule hydrophilic long chain,two hydrophilic long chain type dispersants of the coal water mixtures were composed and they were the humic acid-sodium allysulfonate-ltaconic acid polyglycol ester( HSI) and the humic acid-sodium allysulfonate-maleic acid polyglycol ester( HSMa).The infrared spectroscopy,thermo gravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction were applied to characterize the two structures of the humic acids. Meanwhile,the apparent viscosity and the rheology of the prepared coal water mixtures were measured. The results showed that the hydrophilicity of the new synthesis dispersant was good,the dispersion performances were excellent,could obviously reduce the apparent viscosity of the coal water mixture and the HSMa performances were better than HSI.
