摘  要:采用粉末冶金法制备Sip/Al基复合材料,利用光学显微镜及万能拉伸试验机对Sip/Al复合材料中Si相形貌演变规律和力学性能进行了研究,用奥斯特瓦尔德熟化机制解释了Si颗粒长大机理。研究表明:随着烧结温度的提高,Sip/Al复合材料中Si元素先脱溶析出形成细小的Si颗粒后聚集长大。Sip/Al基复合材料热挤压后,基体中分布着弥散的Si颗粒,固溶处理后,Si颗粒形态发生钝化变得圆整,而固溶处理4 h后,Si颗粒聚集长大并出现搭接现象。Sip/Al基复合材料抗拉强度随着固溶时间的延长先增加后降低,在固溶处理2 h时达到最大值228.1 MPa。The morphology evolution rules of Si phase and mechanical properties of the Sip/Al composites fabricated by powder metallurgy method with different heat treatment were analyzed by metallographic microscope and universal tensile testing machine. The growth mechanism of Si particles was explained by the Ostwald germination mechanism. The results show that with the increasing of the sintering temperature,Si element firstly precipitates and forms fine Si particles in the Sip/Al composites and then gather and grow up. After hot extrusion,Si particles disperse in the Sip/Al composites. The morphology of Si particles in the Sip/Al composites is passivated and rounded after solution treatment,and the Si particles grow up together and overlap after solution treatment for 4 h. The tensile strength of the Sip/Al composites firstly increases and then decreases with the increasing of the solution time,and reaches the maximum value of 228. 1 MPa after solution treatment for 2 h.
