摘 要:使用镀锌模拟器模拟了高强钢的退火过程:样品在镀锌模拟器中被加热到临界温度,保温75 s后快速冷却到室温。使用扫描电镜、辉光放电光谱法和光电子能谱仪分析了样品表面的氧化行为。结果表明,高强钢表面的氧化状态受退火时露点温度的影响,采用较高露点温度(-10℃)可以明显抑制高强钢表面氧化物的形成。添加0.3 mass%的铜可以抑制表面硅和锰的氧化物形成,提高抑制效果。The annealing process of the high strength steel was simulated by a hot dip process simulator,and the samples were heated to the critical annealing temperature holding for 75 s then fast cooling to room temperature. The selective oxidation behavior at the external surface of the high strength steel during annealing was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy,glow discharge optical emission spectroscopyand X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results show that the selective oxidation at the external surface of the steel is remarkably affected by the dew point temperature during annealing,and the higher dew point temperature(-10 ℃) can obviously inhibit the formation of oxides on the steel surface. The addition of 0. 3 mass% copper to the tested steel can inhibit the formation of oxides of surface silicon and manganese and improve the inhibition effect.
