美国妇女非营利组织概况及对中国妇女组织的启示

摘　　要：美国妇女非营利组织发达,据估算,美国妇女非营利组织数量在5.9万个左右,其中在联邦税务部门登记的获得所得税减免资格的组织约有1.6万个,这得益于美国民众自治传统、宗教文化背景,以及支持性的法规政策环境。美国妇女非营利组织的数量与各州经济总量呈正相关关系,在人均组织数量上呈现东北部多、南部少的总体特征。与美国一般非营利组织相比,妇女非营利组织在关注领域上带有性别特征,尤其关注公共、社会福利,妇女健康以及精神发展,这提示这些领域对性别平等和妇女发展的重要性,可供中国妇女组织参考借鉴。Women＇s non-profit organizations are well developed in the U.S.. According to calculation based on data released by authoritative institutes, there are about 59000 of them, and 16000 exempt organizations which are eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions. The number of women＇s NPOs is positively correlated to GDP of every states, the number of per capita organizations are higher in the northeast and less in the south. Compared to general non-profit organizations, women＇s NPOs have higher concern on public ＆ societal benefit, women＇s health, and religion ＆ spiritual development, which implicates the importance of those areas in gender equality and women＇s development for Chinese women＇s organizations.
