摘  要:通过大田试验研究追施不同量的液态氨基酸有机肥对香草兰生长发育、土壤养分和可培养微生物数量的影响。结果表明:与化肥对照相比,喷施不同量的液态氨基酸有机肥(常规化肥施肥量的25%、50%和100%)均可促进香草兰茎蔓生长,增加花序数、花朵数及果荚产量,但增幅不同;施肥量为常规施肥量50%和100%处理的土壤全氮、速效磷、速效钾含量及土壤可培养细菌、真菌数量高于化肥对照。因此,生产上建议追施常规化肥用量50%的液态氨基酸有机肥以提高香草兰产量,增加土壤养分含量和可培养微生物数量。Vanilla was dressed by spraying with liquid amino acid organic manure at different rates in a field experiment to observe its effect on vanilla plant growth, soil nutrients and culturable bacteria populations in the field. The results showed that the liquid amino acid organic manure sprayed at different rates (25%, 50% and 100% of the conventional chemical fertilizer application rate) promoted vanilla stem growth, the number of inflorescences and flowers, and bean yield but to different extents. The soil dressed with the liquid amino acid organic manure at the rates of 50% and 100% of the conventional fertilizer application rates was higher in the contents of nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium, and the number of culturable bacteria and fungi than the control. It is hence suggested to apply the amino acid organic manure at the rate of 50% of the conventional fertilizer application rate to increase yield, content of soil nutrients and culturable microorganisms of vanilla.
