摘  要:以港口装卸系统为研究对象,提出基于约束理论的串联型生产系统机会维护方法。这个创新的机会维护方法综合了预防性维护算法和约束理论中的瓶颈概念,通过使系统总成本节约最大化,可以得出一条产线中多设备的机会维护排程。实例结果证明所提方法可提供全面、有效、经济的多设备维护方案。尤其对于存在瓶颈的流水线生产系统,该方法相比于其它传统方法有更明显的优势。Focusing on series port handling systems consist of different machines, an opportunistic maintenance policy was proposed based on theory of constraints(TOC). Based on the preventive maintenance algorithm, an improved policy containing bottleneck strategy which influences opportunistic maintenance was developed. By maximizing total costs saving, an optimal maintenance schedule of all machines in a series product line can be obtained. The results of a case study show that this policy is valid for planning a comprehensive, effective and economical maintenance schedule. By comparing with other traditional policies, this policy has been proven to be more effective especially in series product lines with bottleneck.
