摘 要:构建了碳税政策下总成本和碳排放最小化的混合整数规划模型,随后采用多目标粒子群优化算法并结合水泥企业具体问题设计约束处理机制求解模型,接着解析运输方式选择及碳税税率变化对再制造物流网络Pareto最优解集的影响。算例分析表明:企业再制造物流网络最优解集中总成本和碳排放量此消彼长;物流网络节点选址同时,采用多式联运方式能够有效降低正向物流网络总成本和碳排放;针对水泥行业,碳税税率在(5,30]元/t内适度调整能够有效引导碳减排。A mixed integer programming model was established in this paper to minimize cost and carbon emission of the re-manufacturing logistics network under the carbon tax policy. Then MOPSO and constraint processing mechanism were designed to solve the specific issues of cement enterprise. After that, the impact of transportation mode and carbon tax rate on the re- manufacturing logistics network Pareto optimal solution set was analyzed. The study shows that the cost of enterprise re-manufacturing logistics network conflicts with carbon emission. Besides the location of logistics network nodes, taking the multi-modal transport mode can effectively reduce the total cost and carbon emission. Adjusting the carbon tax rate between (5,30]yuan/ton can effectively impel cement industry to implement carbon emission reduction.
