摘 要:在实际工程应用中,施工条件对掺ZY膨胀剂混凝土的耐久性具有显著影响,其中抗碳化性能是重要课题之一。本文主要研究加速碳化条件下,脱模时间对掺膨胀剂水泥石抗碳化性能的影响,通过测试力学性能、碳化深度及计算碳化系数发现:掺8%ZY膨胀剂降低了水泥石力学性能,且增加了水泥石碳化深度,但延长水泥石脱模时间可有效提高掺ZY膨胀剂水泥石的抗压强度及显著降低水泥石的碳化深度。Construction conditions shows significant effect on the durability of concrete during the process of using ZY expansive agent, carbonation property is one of the most severe subjects. This study was conducted under the accelerated carbonation condition, the effect of demold age on carbonation of ZY expansive agent-added cement pastes was investigated, by testing the mechanical properties, carbonation depth and calculating the carbonation parameter, the following results could be drawn, the compressive strength decreased with 8 % ZY expansive agent, and demold age was extended, the compressive strength effectively improved. the carbonation depth increased, however, when the and carbonation resistance property within 7d were
