摘  要:以Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O和CO(NH_2)_2为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为活性剂,采用水热-热分解法在不同加热时间(2 h、3 h、4 h、5 h)条件下制备纯相尖晶石结构的Co_3O_4颗粒。利用X射线衍射和电子扫描电镜研究Co_3O_4颗粒的结构和形貌,并以甲基橙为模拟废水,研究加热时间对Co_3O_4颗粒光催化性能的影响。结果表明,加热时间对Co_3O_4颗粒形貌影响很大,并直接影响其光催化性能。加热时间5 h制备的Co_3O_4结构疏松多孔,光催化性能最好,光照20 min,甲基橙降解率达95%。Using particles with sp heating time (2 characterized by Co ( NO3 ) 2 · 6H20 and CO ( NH2 ) 2 as raw materials, and CTAB as active agent, Co3O4 inel structure were prepared by hydrothermal- decomposition method under different h ,3 h ,4 h,5 h). The structures and morphologies of asprepared Co3O4 particles were XRD ticles were investigated and SEM. The effects of heating time on the photocatalytic properties of Co3O4 par by using methyl orange simulated wastewater. The results showed that heating time had great effect on the morphologies of Co3O4 particles, which directly affected their photocatalytic properties. Co3O4 particles prepared for hydrothermal treatment 5 h had the best photocatalytic performance, and the degradation rate of methyl orange over Co3O4 particles reached 95% for illumination 20 min, which was due to their loose muhihole structures.
