摘  要:油区实施信息化改造后,抽油机示功图测试采用在线自动监测。对实施了信息化改造的在线监测抽油机,采用抽油机综合测试仪测试示功图,与同期自动监测示功图进行对比分析,找出了在线自动监测误差大的问题。采取基准示功图测试,每半年加测一次实测示功图,实施在线校准自动监测示功图装置,降低了自动监测示功图测试误差率,提高了测试质量。After the informatization reconstruction in the oilfield, the indicator diagram of pumping well is obtained by on-line automat- ic monitoring. The reasons for the large error of the on-line automatic monitoring indicator diagram are found out through the compar- ative analysis of the indicator diagrams of the same pumping well obtained by the automatic monitoring with by the ground comprehensive diagnostic instrument, and the error of the on-line automatic monitoring indicator diagram is reduced and the test quality of indica- tor diagram is improved by testing indicator diagram every half a year using the ground comprehensive diagnostic instrument and calibrating the on-line automatic monitoring device with the indicator diagram.
