汪受传教授治疗儿童癫痫用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的利用相关分析、聚类分析和因子分析方法挖掘汪受传教授治疗癫痫的处方数据。方法以汪受传教授门诊治疗癫痫的140份有效病案为基础,通过对处方中31味核心中药进行相关系数运算及可视化处理、系统聚类及公因子提取,发现其中的用药规律。结果汪受传教授治疗癫痫以豁痰、息风、镇惊为主,结合健脾化痰、平肝益肾,而化痰法在所必用,为第一治则。结论相关分析、聚类分析和因子分析能够分析方剂中中药配伍规律,可用于名老中医处方经验的数据挖掘。Objective To find out and analyze the data of prescription from professor WANG Shouchuan in the treatment of infantile epilepsy by correlation,cluster and factor analysis methods.Methods A total of 140 prescriptions on treatment of epilepsy by professor WANG Shouchuan were selected.Among them,31 core herbs were extracted to find the medication rules by correlation,cluster and factor analysis.Results Professor WANG Shouchuan uses methods of dispelling phlegm,extinguishing wind and tranquilizing as the main therapy,and then combined with therapy of fortifying spleen and resolving phlegm as well as pacifying liver and tonifying kidney.Resolving phlegm is the key point,which is the first medication rule.Conclusion The correlation,cluster and factor analysis methods,which are effective to analyze the compatibility of herbal medicine,can be used in the data mining of clinical experiences of famous senior Chinese medicine doctors.
