摘 要:目的基于数据挖掘技术,探讨俞景茂教授诊治儿童哮喘的经验规律。方法收集俞景茂教授诊治儿童哮喘的门诊病案,运用Microsoft Excel和SPSS Clementine软件,进行用药频次、频率的分析,并运用关联规则对分期和药物之间的关联性,以及药物之间的相互关联性进行统计分析。结果俞景茂教授在哮喘分为"急性期"和"缓解期"的基础上,提出哮喘"迁延期"的概念和该期"气机逆乱"的病机特点。在诊治方面则体现出俞景茂教授"适时固本、时时祛邪"的诊治理念和"治风先治血"的诊治特色。在用药方面,频次>100的药物有浙贝母、炙甘草、苦杏仁、川贝母、炙麻黄、制半夏,频次分别为117,117,109,104,103,101。结论数据挖掘法的应用对于挖掘名老中医临床经验具有重要的价值。Objective To explore professor YU Jingmao's experience and rules in treating infantile asthma by data mining.Methods Collect professor YU Jingmao's medical record of infantile asthma to analyze medication frequency by Microsoft Excel and SPSS Clementine.Applied the relevance principle,the relationship between medication stages and drugs as well as mutual connection of drugs were analyzed.Results Based on the classification of asthma as acute stage and remission stage,professor YU Jingmao proposed the definition of "protracted stage"and its characteristics of "qi-movement disturbance".In diagnosis and treatment,his characteristics and principle were uncovered,such as "dispersing wind based on blood sufficiency"and "dispelling evils all the times but protecting healthy qi at the right time".In medication,the frequency of several Chinese herbal medicines is more than 100,like Zhebeimu(fritillary thunbergii bulbus),Zhigancao(glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma praeparata cum melle),Kuxingren(armeniacae semen amarum),Chuanbeimu(fritillary cirrhosae bulbus),Zhimahuang(ephedrae herba),Zhibanxia(processed pinelliae rhizoma),their frequency is 117,117,109,104,103 and 101.Conclusion Data mining method played a significant role in exploring clinical experience of prestigious TCM doctors.
