摘　　要：桂枝汤解肌祛风,调和营卫,调理脾胃、气血,既可以助卫阳祛邪气,又可以养营阴保正气,具有双向调节作用,尤其适合既有外邪侵犯肌表,又有营卫气血虚弱的儿科疾病,疗效确切。附验案4则以资验证。Guizhi Decoction can disperse wind,harmonize nutritive qi and defensive qi,regulate spleen and kidney,blood and qi.Therefore,it has the function of two-ways regulation of dispelling evil and protecting yang by helping yang of defensive qi and nourishing yin of nutritive qi,which can be used to treat pediatric diseases effectively.4 cases are attached for verification.
