摘  要:塔河油田大规模采用杆式泵深抽配合注N_2三次采油工艺,随着该工艺大规模应用,部分油井易出现腐蚀卡泵、泵筒蹩压、拆卸困难等问题。泵况出现异常进行维护作业时,为查明检泵原因需对杆式泵进行拆卸,目前常规做法是人工使用管钳对杆式泵进行现场拆卸,缺乏安全专业的泄压工具辅助拆泵,易发生人身伤害事故。为此,专门研制了杆式泵泄压工具,该工具通过旋转衬套,带动顶杆顶开阀球,将泵体内高压气体或高压液体从泄压孔中排出,消除拆泵过程中的安全隐患。现场应用情况表明,该工具能安全、简单、快捷地泄压和拆泵,具有推广应用价值。Tertiary development techniques involving combination of sucker rod pumping and N2 flooding are used extensively for large-scale development of the Tahe Oilfield. With massive application of the technique, some oil producers encountered technical challenges related to corrosion, pump sticking, pressure build-up in pump cylin- ders and difficulties in dismantling. To perform maintenance operations in case of abnormal conditions in pumps, it is necessary to dismantle the sucker rod pump to clarify root causes for such real-function. Conventionally, pipe tongs are used manually to dismantle the sucker rod pumps. With no safe and professional pressure-releasing tools available, such dismantling operations are frequented by physical injuries of relevant operators. Under such circum- stances, specific tools for releasing of pressures in sucker rod pumps have been developed. Through rotation of lin- ing to open the ball valve by using the lever, the tool may release high-pressure gases or fluids through the venting port to eliminate potential risks in dismantling operations. On-site application results show the tool may be used to release pressures and to dismantle the pump safely, fast and easily. The tool was proved to have great potentials in further application in wider areas.
