中医定向透药疗法辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医定向透药疗法辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取湖州市中医院儿科住院部120例支气管肺炎患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规抗感染及止咳对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上配合中医定向透药疗法治疗,治疗后对2组患儿的临床症状平均消失时间和临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗组退热时间、咳嗽及肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药疗法辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎不仅操作方便,患儿易于接受,而且能缩短病程,临床疗效满意。Objective To observe clinical effect of 60 cases of infantile bronchopneumonia treated with the oriented medication-penetrating instrument of Chinese medicine as an adjunctive therapy.Methods 120 cases of infantile bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into control group and therapy group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given conventional anti-infection and cough-stopping therapy,while the therapy group was given oriented medication-penetrating of Chinese medicine as an adjunctive therapy.After treatment,the average time of clinical symptoms disappearing and efficacy were observed and compared.Results The time of anti-febrile,cough and hospital stays as well as the disappearing time of rale in lung were shorter in therapy group than these in control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,and that of the therapy group was 91.67% with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Infantile bronchopneumonia treated with the oriented medication-penetrating instrument of Chinese medicine is convenient for medication absorption,which has got satisfied clinical effect with shortening time of treatment.
